Differences Between Air Cooling and Water Cooling of Xenon Lamp Aging Test Box

ASLI researched and developed air-cooled xenon lamp aging test box and water-cooled xenon lamp aging test box independently according to the national standard, the following is the two kinds of xenon lamp aging test box differences:

Xenon Lamp Aging Test Box

Difference 1: sample structure is different

Air cooled xenon lamp aging test box: the sample rack is pallet type, and the height of sample rack can be adjusted manually. There is no requirement for the shape of the sample.

Water cooled xenon lamp aging test box: the sample rack is rotary (360 degrees rotation), to test the sample shape must be thin, standard size is 75mm * 150mm about 40 blocks.


Difference 2: tubes are different

Air cooled xenon lamp aging test box needs three imported lamp tubes at the same time. The lamp power is 1.8KW, the lamp life is about 1600 hours, the tube length is 400mm, and the diameter is 12mm.

Water cooled xenon lamp aging test box uses one domestic lamp. Lamp power 6KW, lamp life 500 hours, tube length 480mm, diameter 25mm.


Difference 3: irradiation strength is different

Air-cooled xenon lamp aging test chamber, irradiation intensity less than or equal to 300 W/ ㎡.

Water-cooled xenon lamp aging test chamber, irradiation intensity less than or equal to 1200W / ㎡.


Difference 4: tube cooling mode is different

Air-cooled xenon lamp aging test box: wind cooling tube protect the lamp by wind, extending the service life of the lamp. Water-cooled xenon lamp aging test box: by water.
